The Great Lomo LC-A Race (2009)
The Great Lomo LC-A Race is a project I organized during my stay at Lomography. It originally started as an idea by one of the website's community members, to which a Lomo LC-A Camera will be sent out to various people from all over the globe and partake in 'missions' depicting their travels in their own home country. These missions include taking various photographs with the camera, writing down journals and expressing their creativity to win. Thousands of amazing photographs and blog content were produced during its year-long duration and eventually became one of Lomography's biggest online community competitions to date.
* Coordination with 100 participants from all over the world
* Prize distribution
* Overall logistics
* Blog posts, 'pitstop' updates
* Product tie-ins
